The MANA Group has identified and owns the two single biggest project in Miami. Capable of impacting the future of Miami

A few years ago the Kuwaiti investor near Tarcin bought almost 160 thousand square meters and on the land he built 160 luxury homes. Local residents, so they says, since then can only approach it if they are hired there as service, and it is guarded by tall walls and armed security.

Director of the complex confirmed that there is security, but he denied that it is forbidden to enter it or to buy a real estate

There are women and children of wealthy businessman in the complex who come from time to time, and it is said that the investor advertises homes especially in Kuwait for 150.000 euros.

In response to this apparent increased sale of land to the Arabs in BiH, distinguished professor of the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo Esad Durakovic in an article for the local media warned that the race for real estate and the money could have disastrous consequences for the future of BiH.

Of course, not everyone sees the problem in the arrival of the Arabs, and so it seems that at least complain come from the Tourist Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Just a week ago the Agency for Statistics reported that in the first six months of this year, BiH has been visited by 4,039 tourists from Saudi Arabia, an increase of 95.8 percent compared to the same period last year.

Saudis in BiH slept 9,249 nights and on average stayed 2.3 days in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kuwaiti tourists were 3.519, which is 7.4 percent less than in the first half of 2015.
