The new Minister of Education and Science Pavo Barisic has been immediately declared after the election for the weakest link in the government of Andrej Plenkovic.

Vucic congratulated new Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic: You will have a sincere partner in Serbian government!

Four professors charged Barisic in 2011 for plagiarism of many parts of other's works.

A number of other controversial moments is linked with Barisic biography, such as the fact that, as Assistant Minister of Dragan Primorac he had to resign because it was found that he traveled to symposium with his associate in Dubrovnik and he charged travel expenses from two sources, the organizers of the symposium and the Ministry, writes "Index".

Meanwhile, video has spread on social networks published on his profile by a movie director Nenad Puhovski, where Barisic could be heard speaking English language

His "English" is catastrophic! Even my Serbo-croatian is better. Apart from that, someone who steels other peoples' work and passes it off as his own is a disgrace. It just shows the quality of Croatian government. But they can do what they like - Germany's hand is protecting them like always.
