Rural tourism, organic farming, unspoiled nature of Kopacki Rit, in the proximity of Osijek - are the main reasons why young families choose exactly this place to settle.

Among them is the famous Zagreb theater director Ivan Kristijan Milic, who replaced the life in capital for the countryside with his wife and four-year son.

- We bought an old house from the 19th century, whose restoration is now coming to an end. We are situated between the beautiful city of Osijek and the Kopacki Rit in complete wilderness. So we are in a small community where everyone is familiar with each other and where everything we need can be found within 100 meters - said Milic for Dnevnik.hr.
