- Calls are mostly about disturbance of public peace and order, like noise and tumult, loud music, but also trespassing. There are also certain property and legal issues, setting specific devices or objects on someone else's property, parking the vehicle on someone's else surface, etc - said Vesna Znidaric Bolaric from the Osijek - Baranja County police.

Each building or suburb has at least one person whose behavior "harasses" others. Some couples argue for 24 hours, another play  loud "folk" music early in the morning, and similar cases.

There are neighbors that report each other daily. One wants to sleep, and the other's kids are playing under the window. The one that wants to nap yells at kids with lots of bad words, and then the father calls the police.
