Novi Sad police took into custody on Sunday, 21st August, the driver of black BMW who was filmed "drifting" on the streets of Novi Sad.
It is 33 year old man from Novi Sad, who doesn't have a driver's licence, and the police brought him, with misdemeanor charges, to the judge, 021.rs reports.
Municipal court in Novi Sad sentenced him to imprisonment of 30 days, a fine of 100,000 dinars and a protective measure of prohibition to drive "B" category for a period of one year.
As the 021 previously reported, the black BMW on Saturday was filmed being savagely driven midst Boulevard of Patriarch Pavle, during the day when this street was full of pedestrians and other vehicles.
We found out about this case of reckless driving from the citizens, and on the video published by the page "Live from Novi Sad streets" you can see black BMW savagely driving while other cars wait for the "show" to be over. The same BMW was seen on Telep in Kotor street, and then in Fejes Klara street.
According to the eyewitnesses, he rushed between the city bus and the car arriving from the opposite side and nearly avoided crashing.
