JINX THIEF: Struck by electricity while stealing cables, and he even got criminal charges! (PHOTO)
Extraordinary theft attempt was costly for the thirty year old S.S. from the village Aleksandrovo because he was struck by electric shock when he tried to steal the cables from the power line, and criminal charges were raised against him for thievery even thou he ended up in hospital for heavy burns.

S.S. tried to tear and steal the cable at the power line located across the street from the "Frikom" company storehouse in Merosina by tossing a rope and pulling. He experienced strong electric shock that threw him on the nearby plantation where he was found unconscious by the local passerby.
The police and the electric energy distribution has been informed and the thief was transferred to the to the Clinic for plastic surgery of the Clinical center in Nis. His life is not in danger at the moment. His shoes caught fire, and they can testify how lucky the thief was.
The branch of electric energy distribution service in Prokuplje confirmed that there has been theft attempt of the power line DV 35 Kv Merosina - Tehnogas but it hasn't been damaged so there were no problems in distributing the electricity.
