Croatian air control posted an advertisement for new generation of airspace controllers, and the wage is more than tempting - almost 2.700 euro.

Croatian control is hiring up to 12 attendants - radar air controller in Velika Gorica, and the gender is not prerequisite for this job, stated by Croatian "Poslovni dnevnik".

It is expected from the candidates to posses extraordinary ability of rapid and accurate decision making, extraordinary memory, perception and focus, high level of concentration and excellent orientation in space and time, highly developed communication skills, self discipline, good emotional stability and calmness, social maturity, high stress tolerance, good teamwork, high motivations and ambitions for air traffic controller occupation. 

The contract will be signed with the chosen candidates for limited time until they obtain permission to work as a controller for air traffic - student, with the suspensive condition of successful finished training and the acquisition of license for the controller of air traffic with the prescribed authorities.

Before singing the contract for schooling Croatian flight control will ask for the selected candidates check for movement in the protected zone, reports B92.

It is considered that the flight controller is the best payed work position in some state-owned company. 

Considering that the amounts can vary from position to position, the wages often go over 20.000 kuna ( more than 2.650 euro)

However, when the charts of most stressful jobs are conducted in the world, flight controllers are usually in the top.
