CONFLICT OVER THE FLAG: Montenegro issued a protest letter to Pristina

Members of the party Self-determination from Kosovo set up on Monday in the Montenegro territory a board with the Kosovo Crest, on which "Republic Kosovo" was written and the flag of Albania. Both were removed by Montenegro police
