Worker who directed traffic with ref lag, seemed to have great problems with the sun, because he put on his head, instead of the hat or cap, a piece of styrofoam. 

Even tho he caused laughter among the traffic participants, but also on social networks, this worker managed to protect a part of his head from the sun and achieve his goal.
