Precisely one year ago, whole Serbia, and the world, were laughing at the video that was created in our country, and who's main actors were American Joel Osovski, a German with three friends, and Serbian police

MIRIJEVO DEER ATTACKED DRUNKS: Look at the video of HILARIOUS theft attempt in Belgrade

This little group of people was returning through our country from their visit to Liberland when police stopped them with the intend to fine them because of the violation they committed.

Soon it all became a comedy, just imagine an American trying to explain something, who doesn't know Serbian, policeman who doesn't know English, and a German who tries to translate from one language he doesn't know to the other?

- Hey, do you have the money to pay or don't? - at one moment the policeman shouted at the driver who responded:

- Isn't this enough? I am not going out of the car.

After 10 minutes of argument and persuasion, the policewoman who was sitting in the car and observing the situation, stepped to the foreigner and on a solid English accent explained the whole problem that occurred because Joel wants to pay a part in dinars, and other part in euros, which is not possible.

On the other side, the pinnacle of the talk was when the policeman asked the American where does he live, so he could mail him the ticket

At the end, he was told if he doesn't want to pay the fine right away, he has to go to Subotica, and wait for them there, because they finish their shift in one hour, otherwise, if he doesn't pay for the ticket, his passport will be confiscated for 5 days and he wont be able to leave Serbia.

Watch to remind yourself how it all looked like:
