Zoran Lazarevic from Nis (67) gained fame thanks to his unordinary looks, especially among women, not only in Serbia but also in Austria where he had been working for 40 years.

- If I knew there is a competition in Serbia for the man with biggest mustaches, I would apply in an instant. My mustaches are 120 centimeters long, i nurtured them for 12 years, so I am ready to compete with anyone - said Zoran Lazarevic.

As he said, he always had mustaches, he shaved them only once, but his wife didn't like it, so he "remustached" again.

- Women like mustaches, indiscriminately, I am a living proof of it. In Austria i was particular popular, men rarely wear mustaches there and I reminded them to their emperor Franjo Josif. They meet me on the street, and they kiss me in front of my wife, but I don't complain, she doesn't like it, but she keeps quiet. In Serbia they glance at me, when they pass by me sometimes they say: "Well done, mustache man!" - says smiling Lazarevic.

Mustaches are a big commitment, says Lazarevic, even thought they adorn the face, they can get in the way as well.

- When I am doing something, i just put them behind my ears so they don't bother me. I did that when i was playing with my grandchildren. I made i mistake once, when my grandson Max was 1 year old, he grabs them and won't let go. I barely saved myself, he was left with full hand of mustaches. They have to be cherished, i wash them with shampoo at least every other day to keep them looking nice - says Zoran.

No matter the difficulties, he is not thinking about reaching for razor.

- I am known by my mus chases and i intend to let them grow as long as possible. And the family likes me this way, my wife wouldn't let me to get rid of them in the first place. All Serbian heroes has mustaches for reason, my granddad wore them, and i am proud of them - concludes Lazarevic.
