PRIEST PROMOTED FASCISM: I can not forgive Kolinda on the statement that Croatia was criminal
Croatian priest Luka Prcela said today that he was not sorry for what he said at the sermon at Mass in Split that he "can not be forgive" presidents Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic for her statement to the Independent State of Croatia (NDH) was not independent and that it was criminal.

Prcela said that he only preached the gospel. The priest said that he "will never be sorry," despite a response from Grabar Kitarovic on his Facebook page that she forgives his statement, and that we should turn to the future.
Prcela said that "there is nothing to forgive her, because she was not allowed to say that", reports Croatian N1.
- What was so upsetting for all the possible people all over the world? Calling, shouting, yelling, and I have no fault of his. I was only preaching the gospel - said Prcela.
When asked whether there is in the gospel political polling of Croatian president or is it his personal opinion, he said that nobody has the right to beat him on the cheek and he has the right to defend his dignity. For NDH he said it was "legitimate and internationally recognized government, as well as independent as this one today."
When asked if it is alright for a priest from the pulpit to say such things Prcela said he would not have talked about it if he didn't thought so. For the masses during the war in Croatia he held for leader of NDH Ante Pavelic he said that it is now long gone and finished time, and that "journalists are constantly returning to that like vultures".
- I'm not interested in Ante Pavelic, I'm interested in an independent state of Croatia. I would never accept the Croatian state in which there would be President Josipović or Mesis were the presidents of the state - said Prcela, adding that the adding that believers of today's Mass "reacted great" and that he was congratulated by many.
Prcela considered that he was entitled to hold Mass for Pavelic, because he was a believer who performed all the duties of believers from the church of baptism to burial, such masses are no longer bracticed because of "some who behave stupidly about that". He noted that the last such mass was held 12 years ago and it bothers him that he still talks about it like it is still happening, especially when it is mentioned about only in this one, even though there are those who now hold such a mass.
Prcela said that he was in prison from 1983 to 1986 only because, as he said, for telling the truth.
I was first imprisoned on Katalinica Brig in Split, and then in Makarska, and finally in Pozega - said Prcela.
Croatian Dominican Province announced earlier today that the sermon which was prior of the Dominican convent in Split Luka Prcela pronounced at the Mass his personal thinking and not the attitude of the Dominican Province. The priest, recalls, delivers his sermon according to the conscience of his superior and no one can dictate or control what will be imposed in each sermon.
Provincial Anto Gavric said that the attitude of the Croatian Dominican Province to the sermons in the church interprets the word of God, calls for reconciliation and unity, and that the altar should not be used for political showdowns of any kind.
