The footage that saw daylight first on a Facebook page of local newspapers Obrenovac, shows the moment when unidentified male sneaks in front of a gate of a house, carefully observing, and then taking away child's bicycle and disappears.
He was so carelessly sneaking that he probably didn't even presume he was filmed by a security camera.
Reactions of the local citizens to this video are quite dramatic.
