She was pronounced guilty at the court in the city of Zadar for public disturbance two years after the incident occurred at the Murter island.
This incident happened after a summer storm an August 22, 2014 when the German family was cleaning the driveway.
While they were cleaning, they stepped on the land of the older lady, and that was the moment for her hate speech.
After verbally insulting them, she threw a rock and hit a child, and she also threw dirt to the family where the Germans were staying.
Police had to intervene.
The woman claimed that the Germans had insulted her first, but also denied that she told them "nazzi pu**es, get away from here, go back where you belong".
She then confessed that she overreacted.
Mitigating circumstances were that she partially confessed, that she had no priors, and that her material situation was really bad.
