On Tuesday, March 15, police did a reconstruction of the crime, and Herbrt demonstrated how he killed his spouse.

Namely, during the fight he placed his hand on her mouth thus killing her, and according to the neighbors, this couple has had many fights because the husband was prone to alcohol.

Still, his cousin Georg made a lot of accusations towards the deceased wife.

He stated that what he did was monstrous, but added that she ruined Herbert's life and was just using him.

- He had a great job at the Vienna South Railway, a house in the country, a nice car. She was a gambler and she spent 1000 Euros on slot machines a bit before her untimely death. She was Serbian by origin and she married him for his money; Herbert fell in love, but she did not. She had a lover and she withdrew her file for divorce because she needed Herbert's money - said the cousin.

Despite under restraining order due to violent conduct, Herbert came to the apartment and after a hellish fight killed his wife while the kids were in the other room.
