She is one of the four children, and she goes to school and back 4 km with her brother through the forest, every day.

When asked a question what would she like to get, she replied:

- I would like my own room... and nothing else.

The fact that Elma got her first doll ever from the TV crew is enough to portray the conditions in which her family lives.

The editor of the show, Dzena Zenicanin, posted a status when she got back home:

- I met a girl Elma today, she is 8. She sent me a drawing of her sad family. There is so much sadness in her eyes. She is an excellent student, she goes 4 km to school and back through a forest, and today she got her first doll. Let me be honest, this was a really difficult meeting for me.
