Three members of the IS were arrested on Kosovo and Metohija due to the reasonable doubt that they were planing terrorist attacks across Serbia.

According to "Alo!" news agency, police officers arrested the people who returned from Syria and filed criminal reports against them for the connection with IS.

They were detained for creating IS cells on Kosovo province.

The arrested were living in the cities of Priština, Uroševac, and Gnjilane.

By searching the premises, police found weapons and ammunition.

The most experienced of them was F.B. who spent almost a year in Syria.

- He first had practical and theoretical training, and then he was given arms and a position at the battlefield. He was later promoted to the leader of a fight squad with 11 men mostly from Kosovo - stated the source from the Special Investigation and Prosecution office.
