Serbian driver's licence is legitimate in almost all countries in the world, but one Asian country is the exception, because it does not support our licence.

To name a few examples, citizens of Serbia can run a motor vehicle on the territory of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina with our driver's licence with a new form of temporary stay or when in transit, except for the vehicles from B1 category.
In the Republic of Srpska you also have to have a new form, but without the international driver's licence.
On the other hand, you have to have a new form and the international driver's licence when in Greece.
If you plan to stay longer in this country, you have to apply for a Greek one, which means you have to pass the test.
Italy is a bit more free when questioned about this.
According to the bilateral agreement from April 8 2013, a driver's licence is legitimate up to one year in Italy, without applying for the Italian one.
This country also recognizes our driver's licence on the new form during temporary stay or transit, with mandatory international driver's licence or the official translation of the same.
The only country in the world which does not recognize our licence is Vietnam, and according to the Department of Foreign Affairs, not even international licences apply in that country.
