In a village near the town of Boljevac, Serbia, in a clay house virtually unreachable, that threatens to collapse any moment, lives an old lady M. Z. (86) who used to have 100 Euro pension, but she turned, believe it or not, a millionaire!

According to the “Večernje novosti” news agency, just around the New Year's Eve,  she inherited the money from her late husband who died in 2011.

She got 940.000 AUD, as well as several million AUD in real estates (total estimated amount is 5 million AUD).

Her husband died in 2011, and the woman who he lived with died even before him.

They did not have kids, so the authorities in Australia started searching for the next of kin, and after a couple of years searching, they found M.Z.

After that, everything was settled fast.

She was pronounced the only heir and the money was  transferred from the bank account in Australia.

Despite everything, M. Z. continued living in the dilapidated house, inaccessible to others.
