Namely, his job is collecting and selling used plastic bottles from the garbage yards, but when he finds nothing in the cans, he sets them on fire purely out of "revenge".

Besides, whenever he would set a dumpster on fire, he would confess to the police.

While being questioned, he admitted to setting around 30 dumpsters on fire during last year, and because of that he was detained in police custody

Since the man has no incomes and that he cannot pay for the damage, he was ultimately released.

However, the city's cleaning company said that they are still waiting for the verdict about setting the dumpsters on fire.
