The picture is of a Serbian policeman who is holding a small Syrian boy, and the description of the picture is that the Serbian police are the only ones that do no treat the migrants like animals.

The image was captured sometime in the past few days at the Macedonian border, according to the journalist, where there were a lot of tired refugees who were waiting for the bus that would take them to Presevo.
