Serbia will not build lasting reception centres for migrants
The center for reception of migrants from Syria, Eritrea, Pakistan, Afghanistan and other countries, to whom Serbia is a passing stop on the road to the European Union, was opened in Presevo, near the border with Macedonia, on July 8.
A number of staff of the military hospital in the southern Serbian city of Nis was sent to help migrants, particularly woman with small children, in mid-June, before the center in Presevo was opened officially.
Dikovic also visited members of the VS serving at 'South' military base near Bujanovac and a unit monitoring the security situation on the territory close to the border with Macedonia.
