- Previously, we entered the old part of the prison complex, and ten years ago all the detainees were transferred to a new facility. Conditions in the new part are better, as much as prison can be good. However, here, they hang out only within floors, and are currently on two floors. Earlier they were more exposed to the general prison population, the Dutch, and here they are on their own and do not need to have contact with people who use drugs. Visits are now much more comfortable. We have a regular room in which we can shake hands, kiss when we have not seen eachother long. In the old building. we had a glass between us and the customer. It was a difficult to converse there. You could hear, but you could not view documents, we would flatten papers with the underlined parts up to the glass. Now we sit next to each other and discuss - he said.

He said that the Republic of Srspka Army General is gravely ill.

- General Mladic had suffered three strokes and his control center for emotions has burnt out. As the doctors here in the Netherlands found more than half of his brain is not functioning due to these strokes. His reactions are conditioned because he has no center for the control of emotions so that both good and bad can get it out of balance. And then, even when he does something good, his reaction, due to the fact that it is loud receives a very bad reception by the panel of judges, and sometimes gets him punished and expelled from the courtroom.
