THE BLOODY RAMPAGE OF A MONSTER WITH A GUN: Details of the mass murder which veiled Serbia in black
- He was at his sister's in Budva, and was supposed to work for someone privately. That evening he went out with an acquaintance to a cafe where they were first verbally attacked by a group of several Montenegrins. Then they jumped on them and started beating them in the middle of the garden cafe. From the punches, my brother lost consciousness, but they continued to beat him and kick him. They literally jumped on him like an animal - says Dragisa Jovanovic.
He adds that the attackers also beat his brother's acquaintance, but he managed to escape.
- That young man was beaten and drowned in the sea for a few minutes. I do not know how, but he, with a torn shirt, managed to escape. Police were called by someone from the surrounding bars, but obviously too late because my brother was almost killed by the beatings - says our interlocutor.

According to him, Miroslav was taken by the Ambulance in a severely injured state and transported to hospital in Kotor, where he is in the intensive care.
- The chief of surgery told me that Miroslav was operated on. The surgery lasted more than three hours. They took out his spleen, he has multipe broken ribs, and great damage to his lungs. I was told that his condition is now stable, but his life is still at risk - says Jovanovic's brother.
According to this information, police detained several suspects, but the victim's acquaintance from Budva did not recognize them.
Dragisa points out that Miroslav is the father of two boys, aged seven and ten years old and does not have any past record.
- This is the first time that he was involved in a brawl. He is known as a quiet and reclusive man who believes that everything can be solved through peaceful means, which can be confirmed by everyone who knows him. He never had any problems with the police - says Dragisa Jovanovic.
