MYSTERY SOLVED FOR NUMBER 21? Here's how the State Lottery explained the Lotto SCANDAL! (VIDEO)

The State Lottery of Serbia announced that the draw of Lotto game 7 of 39, in the 59th round on June 28, experienced a technical error caused by human factor, rather of the operators engaged in the draw, which is why the display showed 21.

Some Belgrade media reported last night that the number draw for the Lotto game caused great doubt with audiences that the game was rigged, because after the regular draw of the first three numbers (4, 33, 12), the fourth number drawn was 27 but 21 appeared on the screen, to be corrected, and to have 27 appear as the fifth number.

When the turn of the fifth number came, the number 21 was pulled. After that, at one point on the screen there was only the number 27, followed by the disappearance of  all the graphics on the screen, according to media reports.

- The Serbian State Lottery reassures players and the general public that besides the incorrect number, which is an operator error, there were no other actions that would question the regularity of the draw, which was confirmed by members of the Commission for drawing numbers consisting of two representatives of the Serbian State Lottery and one of the Ministry of Finance. The same conclusion was made by the Commission and the central treasury after the end of the draw - said in a statement published on the website of the Serbian State Lottery.

The Lottery stated that it regrets the errors that occurred during the draw in the 59th round, and added that, in addition to all procedures for establishing regularity in the course of the draw, that it will examine the circumstances that led to the fault or the oversight that occurred for the lotto draw.

- Once again, we assure all stakeholders that the technical foul in any way did not call into question the regularity of the draw - said the Serbian State Lottery.
