The prime minister said that the meeting discussed “fundamental, sincere and gradual building of greater confidence," but also important issues that should be dealt with in order to open new jobs and speed up the economic development.

Vucic: My fear is of regional instability

"When everyone realizes there is no other policy except the closest and best possible relations, then we will be on the right path," he noted.

Asked about the attack against him during the commemoration of the victims of Srebrenica on July 11, Vucic said he has forgotten about it and is ready to look to the future of Serbia-BiH cooperation "in a friendly tone."

The prime minister also said he harbors no animosity towards Bosniak presidency member Bakir Izetbegovic, and that his hand of reconciliation remains outstretched.
