Again, the issue of guilt was raised at who caused the accident, and who launched the drone. These days, the Albanian media conducted an interview with a man named Ismail Morina, who immediately assumed responsibility for launching the drone over the stadium in Humska street, and substantiated this with photographs with the flag on Facebook.

- I was playing football with friends after the draw of the qualification groups and that's when we came to the idea to launch a drone during the match. We had a dilemma about the flag and were thinking of writing something in Italian, and then we decided that it be the word "indigenous" in English, because it seemed more elegant - began Morina's confession, as he added:

Flag of Greater Albania is like the flag of Nazi Germany. Imagine one over Wembley or Stade de France

- I thought the match would be played at the Red Star stadium, that's why I went to Belgrade on July 26, so I could scout the site and the stadium, alongside, I went by the Partizan stadium, but it was not until later that I found out the game would be played there. I used "Google Maps" to check the location and found a place, roughly 50-71 meters away from where I could fly the drone.

Morina was the author of the idea of the drone, and consequently, its implementer, and confessed that he spent 17 hours hiding in the location from which he planned to release the drone, and that he feared how he would escape from Serbia. He planned to launch the drone during the national anthems, but was impeded by passers-by, and decided to do it later.

- The idea was to launch the drone during the national anthem, but at that moment someone walked past my hiding place, so I was scared that I might be found out. Before half-time I decided to launch it. I thought that the Albanian players were in red jerseys which is I why I placed it so low, but I was wrong.

- Immediately after that, I got into the car in which was my accomplice from Skopje and we got onto the highway. We were worried that we would get caught by the police at the border, but everything went on without a hitch, thankfully - said Morina, hinting no problems and freely giving interviews, even though it was rumored that he would soon be arrested in Italy and extradited to Serbia, which obviously has not happened.

On the video below you can see the entire interview with him.
