For the past four, five years, I do not remember when the first day of the festival housed such a big crowd, and it is certainly a good sign, and hopefully even more are to be expected in the upcoming days.

The star of the evening was without competition was the amazing Emeli Sande who, with her powerful voice blew more than 20,000 people away in the "Main Stage". She sounds so good live that is a shame if you were not on Petrovaradin last night.
Since the beginning of her cute introduction: "Good evening, how are you", it was clear that a true music treat was set to folloow. Along with a fantastic audience, the Scottish singer sang "Free" and "Read All About It," and total madness began with "My Kind Of Love" and Emeli's brief but brilliant performance with the song "Lifted" and the big hit "Next To Me" that everyone present sang along to.
The audience was pumped prior to Emeli with the electro band members "Clean Bandit" and "Exit" visitors jumped to their big hits "Rather Be," "Come Over" and "Real Love."
Otherwise, the program on the "Main Stage" opened with "Goblin" which is surprising, since the concert started early followed by several thousands of people and Pigeon and his team responded in the only way they know: honestly and vigorously.
After "Goblin", the Californian rockers "Eagles Of Death Metal" followed, which showed why they were considered one of the biggest hopes of the American scene ten years ago.
At the same time, on the approach of "Main Stage" gathered a large group of people who were accompanied by several exotic dancers, who played to the rhythm of the drums...
If you get hungry on the Fortress, food is plentiful, and prices are standard for the festival - a hot dog is 200 dinars, a portion of chicken from 300 to 450, and burgers from 250 to 350 dinars.
A slice of pizza is 200 dinars - same as pancakes, gyros from 200 to 300 dinars, while the fries should allocate 140 dinars.
Take a look at how Petrovaradin looked like:
