Loncar told reporters during a break in the Serbian Diaspora Medical Conference 2015 that the samples were sent to Germany for further analysis.
- I hope that the Urgent Care center will begin to function normally in the upcoming week- said Loncar stating that they took swabs and samples from all possible places.
He appealed to all health workers to raise the level of prevention of sepsis and asepsis to a higher level, adding that preventive measures include the highest the level of hygiene and to respectively follow prescribed procedures.
- Hot days and summer weather is on its way, we have to do more than what is prescribed to prevent infection - said Loncar.
The minister, who earlier this morning spoke with epidemiologsits stated that the infection is something of concern to the entire world, even in much more developed countries than Serbia, but that does not mean that we should relax.
