- For now we can only speculate. If the court treats this as aggravated murder, the maximum possible sentence is 40 years. At first glance, we can say that this criminal offense will be qualified as ordinary murder, which is punishable by imprisonment from 5 to 15 years - explains lawyer Marinkovic.
