Dacic, Sertic and Vujovic to represent Serbia at SPIEF

Serbia’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dacic, Finance Minister Dusan Vujovic and Economy Minister Zeljko Sertic will take part in an international economic forum in St. Petersburg on June 18-20

During his stay in Russia, Dacic will meet with his counterpart Sergey Lavrov, Energy Minister Alexander Novak, Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller and Russian Railroads Director Vladimir Yakunin, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a release.

WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM: The most powerful people in the world gathered in Jordan!

The participation of the Serbian delegation in the 19th edition of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) is an opportunity to discuss economic cooperation with officials of other countries, said the release.

A total of 36 ministers from 28 countries and nine ministers and members of the government from the Commonwealth of Independent States, Abkhazia and South Ossetia confirmed their participation at SPIEF.

The organizers of the forum expects the arrival of over 1,650 businessmen from Russia and 62 foreign countries, including the United States, France, Great Britain and of Germany.
