Increased control of drivers continues this week, and will be particularly intense during the weekend, according to a statement from the Bureau of the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs .
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia announced today that during the last week, traffic police stopped 1,338 drivers for driving under the influence of alcohol, of which 522 drivers were in the area of police administration for the city of Belgrade .
On Friday June 12th begins the implementation of actions to strengthen the control of driving speed, for which all available radar equipment and vehicles without police signs, so called "“interceptors" will be put in use.
