Criminal charges against Bogdanov, the leader of the Red Star fans - dismissed!
"The criminal charge that was filed against Bogdanov was dismissed and the case was forwarded for further processing to the misdemeanor court", according to information by the prosecution for Tanjug.
A preliminary investigation for the criminal offense of Ivan Bogdanov on the count of violent behavior at sports events was conducted, but it was found that a a felony was not committed just a possible misdemeanor.
Concerning the same event, the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade filed a bill of indictment to the High Court in Belgrade against Nenad Ilic for the same offense. The procedure is still ongoing.

Ivan Bogdanov became known throughout Serbia as the leader of the fans who interrupted the football match between Italy and Serbia in Genoa in 2010, for which he was sentenced to three years and three months in prison in Italy, and then quickly deported to Serbia.
He was among the fans who, after the incident with drone during the Serbia - Albania match raided the stadium.
Previously, he was also convicted of incidents at various sporting events, but was never banned from the stadium.
