A SHOCKING STATISTIC: Serbs among the dumbest in Europe!

The quality of education has a profound effect on IQ scores, rather, lower IQ averages are more indicative of poor access to quality education, not inborn intelligence. Also, the test conditions affect the results; wealthier countries are more likely to afford better testing.

Lynn and Vanhanen who did research on intelligence used not only measures that are available in the respective countries for testing IQ, but also, to a large extent, various studies of standardized student evaluation.

Because of the controversy surrounding the Balkans, statistics were checked and Lynn and Vanhanen have discovered a number (or typographic) error in the case of  Bosnia, which has now been corrected. Data for the rest of the Balkans are in agreement with the available PISA and TIMSS studies (studies standardized assessments of students).

Kosovo is seen as a part of Serbia and Crimea as a part of Ukraine for the purpose of these statistics. Rinderman estimated data for several countries, which were originally on the map and these data are now worthless.

According to the map of Europe when it comes to intelligence research, it can be seen that Serbs are in the infamous position and are among the dumber in Europe.
