Yesterday around noon Goran Milovanovic (50) killed Slavica Rakulj (49) in the cafe "Fracci", Strahinjica Bana Street which the victim worked at as a manager. The unhappy accident happened with Milovanovic firing four bullets in her back, and then killing himself!

Despite the restraining order, Goran came to the cafe in which Slavica worked in. They were emotionally involved for some time previous to the accident. It all seamed like one of his regular visits to his sweetheart. He ordered a cup of coffee, sat and waited for two hours for the cafe to close, while eyewitnesses say that Slavica sat briefly with Goran, and then went to the bar.

According to neighbors's statement from Zemun where both victim and murderer lived, Milovanovic was reportedly very problematic and has constantly stalked Slavica, who lived with her mother.

- She was a good woman, never married and had no children. Goran threatened her and stalked her despite previously issued with a restraining order.

He was a man with two failed marriages, a son and a daughter. He often visited his school friend who lives two doors down from Slavica so he could stalk her.

We all went to school together and we all know each other. It's terrible that all this happened - says Slavica's next-door neighbor for “ Naše novine”, local Serbian paper.

Goran's mother lived in the same yard in a separate house from her son. When asked how she feels about the unfortunate event, she briefly responded:

- Just leave me alone, I've got plenty on my plate right now!
