First registration for residence towers in Belgrade Waterfront has begun, and by the latest information, more than thousand potential buyers are interested.

Belgrade Waterfront has been designed by the world's greatest sustainability standards, according to the Mayor Sinisa Mali. The price per square meter is going to be minimum 2000 euros and it will go up to 5000 euros. The beginning of the country's biggest investment starts at the end of summer.

Besides luxurious appartments, Belgrade Waterfront is going to have many small residential units meant for the young professionals, middle and large residential units for urban families and luxurious residences on the riverbank for wealthy citizens.
