SCANDAL: Belgrade citizen filmed the police officer hitting him for no particular reason! (VIDEO)

One of the Telegraf readers have sent us a video footage where it is clearly obvious how one traffic police officer hits him over the head with carton file just because he was filming him and his colleague writing parking tickets.

A. LJ. (25) was standing at the Smederevo road by the exit towards Vinca when he noticed inappropriate behaviour by the traffic policemen while they were writing tickets.

- I have decided to film them because I had noticed how arrogantly they acted towards some people that just parked their cars wrong - he said.

The moment he started filming, according to him, the police officers returned to their car and wrote the tickets there.

- One of them came out and told me to move away my phone because I have no right to film him. Then he hit me with the file he held in his hand. He then entered the vehicle again and told me that nobody allowed me to get out of the vehicle, and he went on to threaten me how he is going to write me a ticket, to put me in an official record and so on - said A. Lj. who was very upset.

He then added that there were around hundred people on the street, witnessing that event.

- I felt humiliated, he could have broken my phone too. Anyway, he had no right to hit me, and I had every right to film him - he said.
