SERBIA WILL MANUFACTURE TOP QUALITY CRYSTAL: Swarovski transfers the production from China to Serbia!

Austrian Swarovski Group is going to close its manufacturing facilities in China and Czech Republic and focus it on Austria and Serbia, announced that compnay.

Swarovski is going to close 200 workplaces in the Chinese city of Jingsang, and 75 more in Czech republic.

After general changes in international manufacture strategy, the production and investments are going to be focused particularly on Vatensa, Austria and the new one in Serbia. The  facilities in China and Czech republic are going to be shut down, Swarovski announced.

During the last couple of months there has been a thorough analysis of all the facilities abroad, where they found the ones in the Republic of China complicating the group production by their excessively high quality and business ethics standards

This is why the company decided to close the facility in China, and inform the employees.

As stated in the announcement, there will be pulling of from the Czech Republic too. The production is going to be focused and improved in Vatens and in Serbia.
