Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija and Belgrade's chief negotiator in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Petar Petkovic today walked out of the talks in Brussels.

We have unofficially learned from the Belgrade delegation that Petkovic did this because of the unprecedented terror and institutional violence committed by Pristina and Albin Kurti against the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija by shutting down a number of Serbian institutions there.

A meeting of the Joint Commission on Missing Persons was supposed to take place in Brussels, as the beginning of the implementation of an agreement reached during the dialogue.

But this became impossible in the current conditions that Kurti created today, obviously with the aim of undermining the dialogue and the agreement.

Petkovic is expected to speak directly from Brussels during the day.
