Prime Minister of Serbia Milos Vucevic reacted to today's closing of the branch of the Tax Administration in Kosovska Mitrovica by saying that there is no end to the terror carried out by the prime minister of the provisoinal institutions of Pristina, Albin Kurti, against the Serb people in Kosovo and Metohija, but that even this move by Kurti will not break the Serbs.

"There is no end to Kurti's terror against the Serb people in Kosovo and Metohija. As if his previous actions, directed exclusively against the Serbs, were not enough for him, in order to make their normal life and survival in Kosovo and Metohija more difficult, on the second day of (Orthodox) Christmas he continued his violent actions and provocations," Vucevic stressed in a statement.

He added that Kurti's inspectors and the so-called Kosovo police raided the branch of the Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance of the Government of the Republic of Serbia in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica, which they closed after a search.

Vucevic emphasized that this is disgraceful and unacceptable and pointed out that even on this great Christian holiday, Serbs in the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija have no peace.

"Kurti has shown with this as well that he does not want normalization of relations, but is only interested in causing destabilization, so that there would be no more Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, to get rid of them once and for all. But, Kurti should know that he will not break the Serbs with these miserable moves in Kosovo and Metohija. The state of Serbia will always be with its people in Kosovo and Metohija," stressed Vucevic.
