History teacher Tatjana Stevanovic, who was wounded during the massacre committed in Belgrade's elementary school Vladislav Ribnikar, on Friday arrived at the Higher Court accompanied by her husband and a lawyer.

As can be seen from the attached video, her face reflects all the pain and suffering that happened on that May 3, 2023.

Now 14-year-old student K.K. is suspected of committing the mass shooting, but he could not be put on trial because of his age.

Tatjana Stevanovic filed a lawsuit against Vladimir and Miljana Kecmanovic, the parents of the suspected shooter.

The lawsuit alleges that the Kecmanovics are not responsible for the crime, but they are responsible for the damage caused by their minor child due to poor upbringing, bad example or family habits.

This is the fifth lawsuit, but the fourth proceeding in this case. The first was submitted by family members of the murdered student Adriana Dukic, the second by 27 members of the families of the victims, and the third and fourth by the families of two minors who were wounded.

The criminal proceedings against the parents, a shooting range instructor where, it is suspected, the minor practiced shooting, is ongoing and is closed to the public.

The owner of the shooting range admitted to initially giving a false statement and struck a plea bargain with the prosecution, resulting in a sentence of six months under house arrest.
