Vjosa Osmani, the president of the fake state of Kosovo, has gotten furious at the summit in Dubrovnik, Telegraf has learned.

She publicly asked how it was possible that for the third time, a summit on Ukraine did not produce a statement on the mandatory imposing of sanctions against Russia.

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic succeeded in removing the provision on mandatory sanctions against Russia from the summit's declaration, which should be signed by all participants of the Summit.

"The article has been changed and countries are encouraged to comply with EU measures. Serbia respects its policy and will continue to lead an independent, free and freedom-loving policy. We support the territorial integrity of Ukraine, but at the same time we will refrain from imposing sanctions against Russia. That is our policy," said Vucic.
