Radoslav Dragijevic, who was today, together with his son Dejan and Srdjan Jankovic, indicted for the murder 2-year-old Danka Ilic, has told Telegraf.rs that he is not guilty, that "they can't do anything to him," that "they have no evidence" - and he made a shocking claim - that the child is actually alive, has been sold and has been seen in Dusseldorf, Germany.

He says that a person told him all this, and that there are photos.

Our portal's crew found him in his home in the village of Zlot.

"I'm not guilty, they can't do anything to me, just don't touch my son (Dejan), because I lost one (Dalibor Dragijevic died in police custody). My Dejan is not to blame. It's not possible that they did it like that, to kill a child like that. You can't dig a hole in three minutes. I'm going to file a lawsuit regarding my son (Dalibor), I can't bring him back, but I want compensation," says Radoslav.

As for his shocking claim that the child is alive, Radoslav adds that everything was explained to him by a person who knows the family.

"She saw my misery and contacted me herself, she wanted to help me and claims that the child has been sold, that she was in Dusseldorf, Germany," says Radoslav.

He added that he is sorry about the girl's fate, but believes that if she has been sold - which he is convinced of, regardless of the official investigation, the evidence and the fact that he himself has been accused - there is no possibility of her coming back.

Radoslav also spoke about alleged illogical points regarding the vehicles, the speed of movement, mentioned cars with Romanian license plates, but these statements do not fit in with the publicly known evidence related to the case.

The murder indictment was filed earlier in the day.

"The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zajecar on September 24 filed an indictment against the defendant Dejan Dragijevic from the village of Zlot and the defendant Srdjan Jankovic from the village of Luka, the town of Bor," the prosecution told Telegraf.rs.

The indictment accuses them of "the criminal offense of committing aggravated murder, while the defendant Radoslav Dragijevic is also accused of the criminal offense of failure to report a crime and the perpetrator and helping the perpetrator of a criminal act after the crime has been committed," the prosecution stated.
