Vucic meets with Erdogan in New York
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic met last night in New York with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
They discussed economic cooperation and joint projects, as well as the upcoming visit of Erdogan to Serbia.
"With President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, we talked about all topics important for bilateral relations between our countries, as well as the global security challenges that the whole world is facing. We talked about economic cooperation and joint projects that can contribute to the development and prosperity of both peoples and the entire region," Vucic wrote on the Instagram account "buducnostsrbijeav".
A topic of the conversation, he added, was the upcoming visit of President Erdogan to Serbia.
During his stay in New York until September 27, President Vucic will have bilateral meetings with more than 40 world leaders, and on Tuesday he will address the participants of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
