Dacic: Border Police Administration officer, who participated in serious murder, arrested

This sheds light on a serious murder committed five years ago

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic says that a policewoman from the Border Police Administration, who is suspected of complicity in the criminal offense of aggravated murder committed in mid-2019, has been arrested.

"The police in Sombor arrested K.K. (45), a policewoman from the Border Police Administration, because of well-founded suspicion that in mid-2019 she participated, together with P.B. (36) from Vrbas and assisted by D.S. (36) from Sombor, in the criminal offense of aggravated murder.

Currently the victim is being identified based on a DNA sample taken from the remains of a skeleton found at the scene of the crime.

The other two suspects are imprisoned for other crimes. This sheds light on a serious murder committed five years ago," said Minister Dacic.
