The envoy of President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin met with President of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian on the second day of his official visit to Tehran.
Vulin conveyed to the new Iranian president the warm greetings from Vucic, and wished him success in performing his responsible duties.
Vulin and Pezeshkian agreed that relations between the two countries are based on mutual respect and understanding and that there are opportunities for the development of cooperation in various fields.
The envoy of the Serbian president said that the two countries are bound by sincere friendship and that our country is grateful to Iran for its position not to recognize so-called of Kosovo.
Yesterday, Vulin, as Vucic's envoy, attended the ceremonial inauguration of the newly elected Iranian President Pezeshkian.
