The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Sabac has announced that an investigation was carried out in Loznica where, it is suspected, F.H. murdered one policeman and wounded another.
The prosecution also said that the driver of the car from which the shots were fired has been arrested.
According to the Albanian media, the shooter is Faton Hajrizi.
It is suspected that he has fled to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The driver of the car, H.M. will be held in police custody for up to 48 hours by order the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Loznica on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal border crossing and people smuggling, the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Sabac told Tanjug.

At the scene of the crime, the police found the passport carried by the suspect. It was issued by the provisional institutions of so-called Kosovo in the name of 33-year-old Artan Hajrizi (according to Albanian media reports, this is Faton Hajrizi's brother). A German identity card was also found at the scene.
