The Belgrade City Instagram account posted the video showing the young man in the middle of the river, appearing to fight not to sink. Two people noticed this from a balcony, and a woman started shouting.
A man, who also happened to be there, took his boat out and headed towards the young man.
"Is it one of the Bosnians? There he is, there he is by the bottle that floats to the left, do you see that?," the woman was saying.

"A video of the rescue of a young man on the Drina. Not a great swimmer, a story with a happy ending," it read.
