Two people were killed and two more were injured this morning in Cetinje, Montenegro, as an explosive device was activated not far from the Sports Center there, the police told Vijesti unofficially.

One person died instantly. According to a top police source, another subsequently succumbed to their injuries.
According to unofficial information, the victims are members of Montenegro's criminal Skaljari Clan.
The police said that all available teams are on the ground.

Emergency services told RTCG that they are on the ground and working to treat those injured.
