The director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, said today that the "anti-Serb minister" Nenad Rasic does not represent anyone other than the prime minister of the provisional institutions in Pristina, Albin Kurti, and that he is doing everything to the detriment of the Serb people in Kosovo and Metohija, which is why he has no moral or intellectual capacity to be included in the drafting of the Statute of the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO).

As stated in the announcement issued by the Office, this is just an ordinary trick played by Albin Kurti, who has repeatedly and decisively admitted that he does not want to form ZSO and is now pushing his "suitable" minister Rasic to allegedly write some kind of Statute in the name of the Serb community, just to further mislead the international community, but added that no one is falling for his deception.

"Since Rasic publicly mocked the ZSO several times and suggested that an 'association of sparrows' be formed instead, he and his boss Kurti, together with their man Radoica Radomirovic, can only be responsible for sparrows, if even they will have them, while those who truly and only care about the Serb people, led by President Aleksandar Vucic, will do that," Petkovic stressed.

He specified that there is a draft of the Statute of the ZSO prepared by the Management Team in accordance with the Brussels Agreement, and since last year there has also been a Draft Statute produced by the EU on the table, which Belgrade said is a good basis for the formation of the ZSO as soon as possible, while what Rasic is now offering is a direct attack on the Draft EU Statute and the continuation of Kuriti's tricks to undermine and cancel the agreement reached in Brussels.

"Neither Kurti, who persecutes and terrorizes Serbs on a daily basis, nor his 'suitable' Serbs, who have been filmed taking drugs and setting fire to cars belonging to Serbs, are either capable or authorized to deal with the creation of a document that is of vital importance for the survival of the Serb people in Kosovo and Metohija and their safety," said Petkovic.

He stressed that such representations can perhaps be accepted by those who are consumers of the substances that Radomirovic and other "suitable" to Kurti Serbs use, but the question arises under what or whose influence Rasic made the statement that he is ready to be involved in writing the umbrella document to set up of the ZSO.
